Parolee's

These are people that we have either simply recruited or beaten to the point that they have decided to join us. Each one goes through a probationary period, where they can join the forum, see the chat. But can't see anything, roles, battle plans etc. Simply some simple ish like coordinates so that they can help. The simplest act of hostility on their part is received with a kick from the league and any actions they do that require punishment fall upon the general of the person who took them in or the person who took them in themselves. However even during this period as they will possibly become vital members of the league it is asked that we refrain from attacks upon these people. Currently before offering 2/3 admirals must know been consulted and agreed upon such a thing. All three admirals must decide when said person officially leaves that probation period and become a full member to the league.
